About me

My name is Vicky, and the focus of my coaching is on experimentation and transformation. Not your usual talk therapy.
My current topic of coaching is male loneliness epidemic.

Maybe you’re carrying past trauma, struggling with self-doubt, maybe you're overwhelmed by life events, feeling lost in dating life or getting totally disconnected.
Maybe life feels like it’s happening to you, and no matter what you do, nothing really changes, and the feeling of being in control is always slipping away.

I get it - I’ve been there. I know how it feels to be stuck, alone, lacking direction and purpose. I know how it feels to disconnect from reality so much that relationships (with myself and others), jobs and usual interests lose meaning. I know how it feels to have a nervous system so disregulated, that a minor inconvenience can turn into a breakdown.

From childhood trauma, toxic relationships and eating disorder combinations to depression, dissociation and substance abuse - I've experienced the whole lot and tried most coping mechanisms there are.

But then I started doing the work.

And here’s what I’ve learned: real change isn’t about quick fixes or forcing yourself to "just be positive." It's about experimenting with all the tools and knowledge that are available to you.
It’s about understanding the patterns that hold you back. Like REALLY understanding, even through the pain this awareness brings.
And then breaking them down by reframing old stories and taking small meaningful steps towards a life that actually feels good. Towards a peace of mind and ability to weather any storm.

That’s where I come in. As a coach, I don’t offer one-size-fits-all advice. Instead, I create a space where you feel truly heard - where you can untangle your thoughts and gain clarity. My approach is all about you - your experiences, your challenges and what actually works for you.

It's no talk therapy though - there will be challenges, exercises and homework. There will be both empathy and calling out. All it takes is getting 1% better than the yesterday's you.
